Welcome to the Rabana Gifts Partner Agreement. By joining our platform as a partner, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. This agreement outlines the expectations and obligations between you, the partner, and Rabana Gifts.
This Partner Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Rabana Gifts (“Rabana”, “we”, or “us”) and the undersigned partner (“you” or “partner”). This document governs your participation in the Rabana Gifts platform, where we curate and sell gift boxes featuring your products.
By submitting an application to become a partner, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement. This Agreement will remain in effect unless modified by mutual written consent or terminated as specified herein.
As a partner, you are expected to provide high-quality products and/or services that meet Rabana’s standards for inclusion in our curated gift boxes. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Rabana Gifts operates under a commission-based model. You will receive payment for products based on the agreed-upon wholesale pricing model. Rabana retains a percentage of each sale to cover operational, marketing, and customer service costs.
Payments will be made on a monthly or bi-monthly basis, depending on the payment terms agreed upon in your partner agreement. Payments will be issued via the agreed payment method, which may include bank transfer or PayPal.
Rabana Gifts reserves the right to adjust the commission percentage based on market trends, product categories, and service offerings.
Partners are encouraged to regularly submit new products, special offers, or unique items for inclusion in our gift boxes. Rabana Gifts will review submitted products based on the following criteria:
Rabana reserves the right to approve or reject any product submission based on our discretion. Products that do not meet our standards or customer preferences may be removed from the platform at any time.
Upon receiving an order from a customer, the partner is responsible for fulfilling the order in a timely manner. Rabana Gifts will provide you with all necessary order details, including the customer's shipping address and any special instructions.
As a partner, you are responsible for:
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all business dealings, product details, and customer data. You are not authorized to share any customer information outside of Rabana Gifts.
You must comply with all data protection laws and regulations, including GDPR (if applicable), and ensure that customer data is securely handled.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' notice. In case of a breach of terms, Rabana Gifts reserves the right to immediately terminate the agreement without prior notice.
Upon termination, all orders must be fulfilled, and any outstanding payments will be processed as per the agreed terms. Both parties will also cease using each other's branding, trademarks, or confidential information.
Rabana Gifts is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform or the sale of products. The partner agrees to indemnify Rabana Gifts for any claims arising out of the products sold, including but not limited to defective products or failure to meet customer expectations.
